This masterclass is a focus on the sales process from the basics of sales through to understanding your customer, your client, your value proposition, and their needs (gaps). The workshop will include listening techniques to increase engagement, repeat sales and build a trusted network that generates further sales. The masterclass will address most forms of sales including strategic networking, sponsorship sales, membership sales, philanthropy and leveraging your board, CEO or management team.
