This masterclass will address revenue streams for event managers and those looking to explore or re-assess their event calendars in light of COVID-19. There will be discussions on changing sponsorship models for events looking at online versus face to face, understanding partnership negotiation (and best practice), as well as marketing for business and revenue growth including examples such as monetising your website and ticketing platforms. Participants will be sent some pre-work prior to the class.
