This masterclass will address several revenue streams for associations. There will be discussions on traditional versus changing (post COVID-19) options. The revenue streams will include sponsorship, events, membership, and fundraising. Each model will be explored using examples from the participants to ensure maximum learning and practical outcomes to take back to the office. The focus is on managing revenue streams (and business growth) given limited resources and best practice. Participants will be sent some pre-work prior to the class.
